Returns & Exchange Policy

At Menmah, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. To ensure clarity regarding your purchase, please review our specific policies for different product categories below:

1. Ready to Ship Products

Items labeled as "Ready to Ship" are eligible for either an exchange or a refund, provided the request is made within 24 hours of delivery. We kindly encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon arrival, as requests submitted after this 24-hour window cannot be accommodated.

Exchange Process:
- The customer is responsible for all reshipping charges incurred during an exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from any stains, scents, or damages.
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved by our team, the replacement product will be dispatched within 8–10 working days.
Return & Refund Process:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A refund will be processed within 7 working days after the product is received and successfully inspected.
- To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition (tags attached, unused, and free of stains or scents).
- We kindly request that customers avoid returns without a genuine reason, as every Menmah order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched with great care.

2. Made to Order Products

Because "Made to Order" pieces are specifically cut and stitched according to your customized measurements and requirements, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items.

Manufacturing Defects or Sizing Errors:
- If there is a confirmed defect or a sizing discrepancy caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Our team will carefully review your concern; if the issue is validated, we will arrange an exchange within 8–10 days and cover all associated reshipping charges.
- We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve genuine concerns with fairness and care.
