At Menmah, we are dedicated to ensuring your premium abayas and modest wear reach you safely and efficiently. Every order is thoughtfully packed and dispatched with great care by our team.

1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Ready to Ship Products: These items are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

  • Made to Order Products: These pieces are specially cut and stitched according to your customized measurements. Please allow for the craftsmanship required before these items are dispatched.

  • Replacements: In the event of a validated exchange, replacement products are typically dispatched within 8–10 working days.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Exchanges (Ready to Ship): For standard exchanges, all reshipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns (Ready to Ship): If returning an item for a refund, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Defective/Sizing Issues (Made to Order): If an exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or sizing error on our part, Menmah will cover all reshipping charges.

3. Delivery Expectations

While we strive for a smooth and reliable experience, delivery times may vary based on your city within Pakistan or international destination. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Important Shipping Notes

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: We kindly encourage you to check your items as soon as they arrive. Any concerns regarding "Ready to Ship" or "Made to Order" products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Condition of Returns: Items being shipped back for exchange or return must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from any stains, scents, or damages.
